If you’re looking for an easiest way to do a quick screen recording or screenshot on your computer, your first choice should be none other than Microsoft PowerPoint.
Here are some easiest steps to how to record the screen using MS PowerPoint: -
Step 1 :- Go to Insert Tab and select "Screen Recording" at the end of insert tab.
Step 2 :- Whenever, the dock opened you have to select the area to record the screen.
Step 3 :- Click & Drag the area you want to record the screen.
Step 4 :- Click the Record button to start the recording.
Step 5 :- Move your cursor to the top middle to pull back the dock for stop recording.
Step 6 :- After stop recording, it will automatically save your PowerPoint as a presentation.
Step 7 :- To save your presentation to your computer, right-click the still shot of the video and select Save Media As.
Step 8 :- In the dialog box that opens up, you can choose the name and file location, and click Save.
Note :- By default, PowerPoint will record the Audio and mouse pointer unless you uncheck these options on the Control Dock.
