1.) Hide Your Profile Pic

• Open WhatsApp App.
• Click On 3 Strips on the right top side .
• Go to the settings.
• Click on the Accounts.
• Now click on the privacy.
• Profile Photo.
• Select My Contact.

I hope all the steps are easy to understand. Most of the people do not want to show their Profile Picture to their family members. So, this option will really help you in that case. Once, you deleted your family members contact then this will not show your Profile Pic to anybody outside from your Contact list.

2.) Send Your Friends,Family Members your exact location

• Open Your Friends Chat whom you want to send your location.
• Click on attachments icon
• Click on Location.
• Share Live Location.

Yup... You successfully send your live location to your friends, family members. If you are in trouble and ca not convey the exact location then you can share your live location. This is the best option to share your live location.

3.) Get Shortcuts To Conversations

I think this is very hectic to open WhatsApp first then search that person whom you wanted to send messages. So, to make this simple WhatsApp launches a feature by which you can make a shortcut icon with apps of that person. Whenever you click on that option then the chat of that person will open.

For ex: You can see the shortcut of a person from my contact. Once I clicked on this icon her chat will open and I can do chat with her without open my WhatsApp first.

4.) Read Messages Silently

• Open WhatsApp Settings.
• Go to the Accounts.
• Click on the Privacy.
• Untick Read Receipts.

You all know about blue ticks which are shown after we read the messages. What happens if we remove that blue ticks and make them always Grey. So,This is possible after you configure the above settings in your WhatsApp.

Once you did these settings in your WhatsApp then you can read anybody is messages without letting them know.

5.) Use WhatsApp on Laptop/Desktop

6.) Keep Important Messages Safe

Just select that message which you want to save and then at the top you can see a star as an icon is present there. Simply Click on that Star icon and your message will be safe in the Starred Messages.

• Click on 3 Lines present over the right top corner.
• Click on Starred Messages.

7.) Hide Status from Specific Peoples

• Open WhatsApp.
• Open the Status Bar there click on the 3 lines present on the right top corner.
• Click On Status Privacy.
• Select the 2nd Option "My contacts except".
