Step 1 : Press the Windows Key and type Change how the mouse pointer looks into the Windows search box and press Enter.
In Windows 8 or 8.1,just typing anywhere on the Start Screen brings up the search box automatically.
Step 2 : In the Mouse Properties window that appears, click on the Pointers tab.
Step 3 : On the Pointers tab, select the mouse cursor you want to change in the Customize section, then click Browse.
Step 4 : Clicking the Browse button brings up a list of every cursor installed on your hard drive.
Step 5 : After selecting a replacement mouse cursor, you should see it change in the Mouse Properties window.
Step 6 : Click Apply
Step 7 : then OK to save the changes.
