  • Download Troid VPN from Playstore Click Here
  • Open Troid Vpn, Select any free server [ try with different servers]
  • Set TCP as protocol
  • Enter RPORT - 443 and LPORT - 0
  • Go to advance settings and give tick mark on "use proxy for tcp connections"
  • Enter below details: Proxy host - 188.138.61.118
    Port - 3128
    Header- Host 111.93.155.205/TnC.aspx/@@
  • Save all settings... and hit connect
